Here you are screening the ocean premiere of a new Disney film in the beautful Buena Vista Theater. On this ship, amazing diversions are everywhere. In the lounge, where you can sip a pre-dinner cocktale while listening to a jazz trio as the world drifts slowly by. In the ESPN Skybox, where nonstop sports action rules the high seas. And in the Walt Disney Theatre, a magnificent tribute to the grand theatrical palaces of long ago that provided the inspiration for three all-new Disney productions-a different show each night of your cruise with state-of-the-art staging, lighting and special effects that rival those of today's Broadway. |

As you come into Animator's Palate, the room is almost completely black and white-the colors with which an animator begins to create an image. And as you dine on creatively prepared California cuisine, the entire room begins to change-slowly but surely, before your very eyes. Color begins to appear on the walls, on the ceiling, and at your table. It's as if a black and white sketch is turning into a colorful masterpiece as the whole restaurant undergoes an astonishing transformation unlike anything you've ever seen. Synchronized light and sound accompany each magical change and at the end of the meal, in a room filled with all the colors of a work of animation, you realize that the stage isn't the only place to see great Disney performances. |

Food for thought: While most cruise lines seat you in the same dining room for the length of your cruise, your voyage aboard Disney Magic finds you enjoying a completely unique restaurant every night you're at sea. Disney Magic restaurants offer some of the most innovative dining experiences you'll find anywhere - each one featuring great food and an unsurpassed level of personalized service and attention. Lumiere's, a room of casual elegance with exquisite continental cuisine with a French flair and its beautiful mural of Disney's "Beauty and the Beast." Or an island-inspired restaurant where gentle breezes drift to and fro as you dine on delicious tropical cuisine. Where you allow yourself to be transported to some faraway paradise that exists only in your imagination. Animator's Palate, where the food and the restaurant itself are true works of art. And Palo, the contemporary Italian restaurant high atop the Disney Magic, reserved exclusively for adults, where over the course of an intimate candlelit dinner for two, complete with stunning views of an endless ocean, you begin to understand the meaning of amoré. |

It's hard to remember the last time you went out with the express purpose of having a good fime-that's part of the reason you took this vacation. So when the sun goes down, you head to the Disney Magic nighttime entertainment district featuring a variety of unparalleled entertainment designed for adults. But tonight, you're having a tough time deciding what you're in the mood for: Rockin' Bar "D" where it's rock one night, country another. Offbeat, an improvisational comedy club. Or maybe Sessions, that little hideaway piano lounge up the street a bit. What the heck, why not all three? They're all on Beat Street. Just follow your pulse and you're there. |

Ryan was a pirate, and Danielle was a damsel in distress. He swashbuckled, she was saved by a handsome prince, and then everyone went over to play in Wayne Szalinski's inventor's workshop. Your kids are talking a-mile-a-minute, but that seems to be the gist of what went on during their first morning aboard the Disney Magic. |

A large staff of friendly, well-trained Disney counselors helped them explore 15,000 square feet of space dedicated exclusively to kids (more than ten times that of most other ships). And they're still going, breathlessly telling you about all the cool gadgets and doohickeys and the Oceaneer's Lab and Buzz Lightyear's Cyberspace Command Post. The older kids are hanging out at a way cool teen lounge with all kinds of tunes, flicks and plenty of space to just chill. So off you go to enjoy a day of freedom, wondering who's going to have more fun: you, or them. |

The Merlot was rich and full-bodied, with just a hint of almond. The Beaujolais fruity and light. Not bad considering it was-your first wine-tasting. And that work-out on the sports deck was state-of-the-art. But now, stepping into the Tropical Rain Shower, you feel the essence of passion fruit begin to cleanse your skin. It's the first in a series of completely decadent spa treatments-a gift to yourself, just because. Inevitably, your thoughts drift to your stomach in anticipation of another night of extraordinary dining. Mmm. You make a mental note: Five extra laps in the pool tomorrow ... |
